Omen Arcade is the game hub of the Omen ecosystem: one account, one wallet and one balance for every game on the platform. This guide covers what your OMCADE does when you play, then takes you from sign-in to your first game.
What playing does to OMCADE
OMCADE is what you spend. It is the currency across every game on Omen Arcade, and your balance follows you from game to game.
When you buy something in a game, it goes to the studio that made it. Purchases in games are charged by the game's server and move on-chain from your wallet: 97% to the studio's wallet, and a 3% platform fee to the platform treasury. Prices are set in US dollars and charged in OMCADE, GMT or BNB. No OMCADE is burned; it changes hands.
Activity points rank you; they are not the token. Quests and the daily spin give activity points, which rank you on the leaderboard. Activity points are not redeemable and do not turn into OMCADE.
Some of what you do pays out OMCADE. Three places send OMCADE to players today:
- The daily spin. Each day's spin can land on OMCADE, VIP points or a VIP boost.
- Games. A studio can reward its players in OMCADE, paid from the studio's own wallet.
- VIP epochs. Quests give VIP points, VIP points move you up the VIP tiers, and each weekly epoch sets aside an OMCADE allocation by tier that you claim from your wallet.
None of it is newly created: payouts come from the platform's distribution wallet or, for game rewards, from the studio. OMCADE that reaches you this way moves on to games, studios and other players when you spend it.
Your OMCADE is there to spend. You can move BNB and GMT out of your Omen Arcade wallet; OMCADE is not withdrawn from the wallet. OMCADE you receive as a payout has its own withdrawal page, with a daily allowance by VIP tier and identity verification, and that page shows whether withdrawals are open.
Step 1: sign in
Open app.omen.foundation and choose Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Email. There is no crypto wallet to install and no seed phrase to write down: your account and your wallet are created together, in about ten seconds. The wallet is managed for you by the platform, so there are no keys for you to keep. With email, you confirm a one-time code.
If you turn on two-factor authentication in your profile settings, you will confirm a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.
Step 2: fund your wallet
Open Wallets from your profile menu. Your wallet shows your BNB, GMT and OMCADE balances. There are three ways to add funds:
- Deposit: send tokens to your wallet address, shown with a QR code.
- Deposit via Transfer: connect MetaMask or WalletConnect and send BNB or GMT from a wallet you already have.
- Buy with a card: buy BNB or GMT with a credit card, straight into your wallet.
Everything is on BSC. Moving BNB or GMT back out requires identity verification.
Step 3: find a game
Play opens the games catalog. Filter by Live or Coming soon and by platform (Web, Windows, Mobile), or search by name or genre. Each game has its own page with details and screenshots. Some games open to every player; others show the VIP level they need.
Step 4: play
Press Play Now. Depending on how the studio set the game up, it opens in a panel that slides out beside the arcade, full screen inside the arcade, or in a new tab. You are signed in to the game automatically: no second account, no second wallet.
Step 5: spin, claim and climb the leaderboard
The daily spin opens once a day; claim it and come back tomorrow to build a 7-day streak, where day seven draws from the next VIP tier's prizes. Quests (daily, weekly, monthly and one-time) give VIP points or activity points: claim each reward when it completes. When an epoch closes, open Wallets and press Claim OMCADE to collect your allocation.
The Leaderboard ranks players by activity points. This season is the default view, and a season is a calendar month; All time shows lifetime totals. Points come from quests and the daily spin today; play tracking is coming.
